Before Nigella .... there was Dora, and those of you who know her personally will attest to her status as a domestic godess (!). Well, in Dora's world, a celebration must involve a Pavlova, so, to mark the much anticipated visit of Uncle E, Aunty B and Cousin A, Dora decided to whip one up, and what a fabulous specimen it was (even if she does say so herself).
