Dora obviously is a 1950's style domestic goddess, at least in the eye's of the 2 yr old bambino, who, on observing Dick loading the washing machine this morning, asked "why's Daddy doing that?".
That's quite funny because my sister recently had the opposite experience. Her 3 year old son told her that when he grows up he wants to be a "daddy in the kitchen". My sister rarely cooks as she doesn't really like to. We were quite pleased with the effect even though it was completely unintended.
