Dick & Dora Play Shops

Phew. The dust is settling on the frenzy of last week and Dick & Dora happily report that the Mothers Market was a blast. People were lined up before opening time on the Friday night (well, it was 34 degrees and word had spread that there was cold bubbly inside) and by 7pm St. Georges Church Hall was creaking at the seams. Thanks to everyone who came to visit and also to those who sent messages from afar. Now we're all looking forward to the next Mothers Market on the last weekend in June - put it in your diary, and for all you non-Tasmanians, start looking for cheap flights. Its worth it!

Hi there!
My friend just told me about the Hobart Mothers Market. It sounds like a brilliant idea so I googled for info but have only come across your blog. Would you mind telling me a bit about it? How does one get involved? Cost? I do a bit of crafty stuff myself and thought this might be a good start to getting my stuff out there.
If you don't mind, could you please email me at jrodemann@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Jacquie
