Counting Down and Preparing to Stitch

With only a handful of sleeps left until Dick & Dora take the bambino back to the Mother Country, Dora is beginning to wonder what she will "do", you know when that obsessive compulsive twitch starts in the evening and she can't just pop into the studio. So, this fantastic magazine of Japanese stitching patterns will come in very handy and won't take up much room in the suitcase (thanks Leonie!). The days are all stitched up of course (ha ha) - there are exhibitions by Gregory Crewdson at White Cube Gallery and Cranach at the Royal Academy; old haunts to re-explore such as Spitalfields Market and the East End, and old habits to revisit such as Bonne Maman jam from Waitrose. It will be a little different with the bambino in tow of couse, probably not quite so many Kir Royale's, but at least we'll finally get to go into Princess Diana's playground in Kensington Gardens!
